MyFaceShapeTerms of Service
By downloading, installing, or using MyFaceShape ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
MyFaceShape provides AI-assisted face shape analysis, facial ratings and measurements, personalized styling tips, glow-up guides, and routine tracking for personal entertainment and styling use.
Supported face shapes include Oval, Round, Square, Heart, Diamond, Oblong, and Triangle. Results are estimates generated with AI and are not medical, dermatological, cosmetic-surgery, or identity-verification advice.
2. Free tier and subscriptions
New users receive one free face scan (the onboarding demo scan does not count toward this limit). After the free scan is used, additional scans and Pro features require an auto-renewing MyFaceShape Pro subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
Two subscription plans are available: Weekly Pro and Yearly Pro. No free trial is offered. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in the store and may vary by region.
Manage or cancel anytime through your store subscription settings. Use Restore Purchases in the app if you reinstall or switch devices.
3. Platform terms
iOS: Your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
Android: Your use is also subject to Google Play's terms of service.
4. Acceptable use
Use the app only with photos you have the right to use. Do not upload illegal content, abuse the API, or use the app for surveillance or harassment.
5. AI disclaimer
Face shape labels, confidence scores, ratings, measurements, and styling tips are AI-generated estimates. Lighting, angle, hair, glasses, makeup, and photo quality can affect results.
6. Intellectual property
The app, branding, guides, and design are owned by TQ Tech. You retain rights to photos you submit. You grant us a limited license to transmit and process those photos solely to provide the analysis service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of AI-generated analysis or styling tips.
