Email tqtechofficial@gmail.com with your device model, app version, and a short description of the issue. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Restore purchases

• iOS: Open MyFaceShape → Settings → Restore purchases. Or use Restore on the paywall.
• Android: Open MyFaceShape → Settings → Restore purchases. Ensure you are signed into the same Google Play account used to subscribe.

Cancel a subscription

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → MyFaceShape → Cancel
• Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MyFaceShape → Cancel

Free scan and Pro

Every new user gets one full face scan for free. MyFaceShape Pro unlocks unlimited scans, full ratings, complete programs, and extra coach access. There is no free trial.
